One course. Practical tools for life.

Hello, I'm Simon Stead.
For the last 27 years, meditation has guided me towards a deepening freedom and insight, and it has been life changing. If you're curious, I’d love to share some of the things I've learned, and show you how they might help you feel more present and alive in your own everyday experience.
Do you ever have a feeling that you’re missing something? That happiness is an event in the future? If you could just get more of this and less of that, then you would be happy? What if you could learn to hold things more lightly and be contented in this moment?
In this course, we will explore why we so often feel this dissatisfaction with our lives. Through an examination of the causes, we will learn how meditation can help lift and free us from the weight of our everyday worry and stress.
Discovering the Art of Noticing
We will explore how to notice our mind's obsession with thoughts. How they construct our daily reality, limit and define us. As our meditation practice deepens, we will begin to untangle the complex assumptions and mental habits we carry around as self definitions. This shift allows us to be more present, relaxed and connected to our lives and the people around us. Hopefully by the end of the course, you’ll start to notice more simple pleasures and a change in perspective that encourages insight and presence.
Gentle Support & Step-by-Step Guidance
With the help of detailed guidance, the course facilitates a step-by-step process of learning. Going as deep as you are interested in going, through your mindfulness practice you’ll become ever more aware of an inner calm and balance, helping you start to feel less stress and more joy. Ultimately, we will look at how to create greater psychological freedom and give you the tools to take away and use when you need them.
These techniques, when applied systematically, begin to change how we see the world and ourselves. They have helped me immensely, and others too. But please don’t take my word for it, see the reviews below - or search google reviews online.
